We retain your order data for a minimum of 3 years for business and legal purposes. Account data is retained until you request deletion. Uploaded design files are retained for 1 year after order completion, then deleted.
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, and encrypted storage of sensitive configuration data. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
