By using PCBAForge ("we", "us", "our") services at pcbaforge.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Services
PCBAForge provides PCB fabrication, SMT assembly, through-hole assembly, and full turnkey PCBA services with functional testing. All services are performed at our facility in Shenzhen, China.
2. Order Process
- All orders begin with an inquiry submission via our website
- Our engineer will review your files and confirm a final quote within 24 hours
- Production begins only after full payment is received
- By submitting an order, you confirm that your design files are complete and correct
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate Gerber, BOM, and placement files
- Ensuring your design complies with our technical capabilities
- Verifying that your design does not infringe any third-party intellectual property
- Providing correct shipping address and contact information
- Paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes
4. Payment
- All prices are in USD
- Payment must be made in full before production begins
- Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- Shipping fees are billed separately after production
- Invoices are provided upon request
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund
- Once PCB fabrication has started, cancellation is not possible
- If we are unable to fulfill your order due to technical constraints, a full refund will be issued
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method
6. Quality & Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work:
- All boards undergo 100% AOI inspection as standard
- Full Turnkey orders include functional testing and engineer verification
- If boards are defective due to our manufacturing error, we will repair or replace them at no charge
- Warranty does not cover defects caused by incorrect design files, customer-supplied components, or misuse
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
7. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of your design files. We will not share, reproduce, or use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. We may retain files internally for warranty and support purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
PCBAForge's liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or products. This includes but is not limited to loss of revenue, equipment damage, or personal injury resulting from PCBA malfunction.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to manufacture products intended for:
- Illegal activities or weapons systems
- High-voltage power supplies exceeding our stated capabilities
- Medical devices without proper regulatory clearance
- Any application that violates applicable laws
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Shenzhen, China.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
